Very clean! and the staff is great, paper towels are always filled and there is never any empty cleaner bottles. Bathrooms are very clean and maintained as well.

I am over 9 months pregnant currently, and was having some billing issues with my membership. I had visited the club closest to me in Northport around February of 2022, to cancel my membership. (I was/am pregnant and would not be utilizing it) They advised me my active membership was not with them and that they would not be able to cancel. So I visited the midtown club, and spoke with an associate named Ezra - who stated he canceled my membership.. a few months later in May 2022, I noted that I was still being billed for a membership. I called the midtown location, and they stated my original membership was canceled in 2017, but that I had an active membership with the skyland location?…. I wish I had been notified I did not have an active membership to cancel with the midtown location, but instead with skyland at that visit. No membership has been canceled during my Midtown visit.. no one at midtown club gave helpful guidance. They treated it as if it were my fault, and I realize I can visit in person or cancel by letter - however I was told my membership had been canceled once I visited the midtown location in February of 2022, and no one at the midtown location attempted to resolve the situation once I brought this to their attention.In a last effort, I contacted the skyland location where the active membership was, to see if my husband could come by in person to cancel. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Hunter. He handled the conversation with such humbleness! Hunter was very respectful, understanding, and reassuring to the situation. Hunter took accountability for others actions in what may seem like a minuscule event, but his customer service skills are incredible! Even though he was reiterating the same process of cancellation, he offered additional solutions/reassurance when no one else did. I told him I would mail a letter, and thanked him for his time! Hunter then of his own accord called me back to let me know he spoke to his regional manager, andmade an exception for my husband to come by and cancel!! I work in customer service, and I hope that Hunter and his team see how much his actions are appreciated! He has excellent communication skills, and conflict resolution. This active problem solving/kindness goes a long way in the business world!

I love the staff!!! Hunter, Tori, Kaleb, Will, Kendall, and Kendall!!! (Yes, I mean both Kendalls!! The female and male. ) I’m sorry if names are spelled wrong! These employees are AMAZING and have made life at Planet super enjoyable!!! And the manager Kolton is super nice too! If I could give them more than 5 STARS, I would!!!!
