Clean..great trainers..and while its a small gym, you get what you need. If joining, get the black card. Free massages and 50% off drinks..plus more. I'm enjoying bringing a guest too.

I can go in at any time and work out which works well for me, I like that it has different machines to work every muscle or a fee specific ones you want to develop
