It’s actually been 3 years since I used this facility, but specifically Brandon here. I wanted to get back to playing sports and lifting and 2 months with him and 6 months of following his regimen and I did just that. Highly recommend this company as a whole!

In an effort to avoid surgery, physical therapy was prescribed. I arrived at Performance Pro in severe lower back pain. The staff is focused on each individual's needs. I never imagined the amount of relief experienced in a few short weeks. Surgery was avoided. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in pain or experiencing difficulty. It sounds peculiar, but it was a very fun and educational experience.

I had a great experience at Performance Pro with Matt. We worked on pain after a meniscus surgery that wasn't totally resolved. Matt was very attentive to my issues and had a number of different exercises to do at clinic and at home. He also made clear what needed to be done in the future on my own. Thanks so much!

PerformancePro for my physical therapy was a very good experience for me. I went for treatment and left with satisfaction and made friends. It is a friendly and professional environment. PerformancePro Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation was an excellent resource for physical therapy. I went for an intensive hour twice weekly. We worked on strength, stretching , flexibility and used machines geared to my issues. The therapist were all encouraging ! Matt always explained the reason behind each exercise and what muscles were targeted. They gave me a copy of each exercise for homework too. Amy ,at the front desk, knew about insurance and I found it easy to schedule with her.A great place to go for excellent physical therapy!

I had knee issues and found out my medial meniscus was torn, as well as some cartilage and a bakers cyst. After surgery I selected Performance Pro for therapy. Brandon and staff were absolutely on-point, professional and knowledgeable to get me up and going. I greatly appreciate Brandon’s help and guidance for a speedy recovery. Blessings!!

Brandon and the team at Performance Pro have helped put me on track to fix a knee issue I was afraid would bother me for years. The care I received was far better than what I have experienced in the past from other providers, the experience Brandon provided was tailored very specifically to my issues and the progress I saw was far beyond my expectations. I could not be happier with the care I received at Performance Pro!
