These people are amazing. They are knowledgeable, kind, patient, and so helpful. I went from being in so much pain that I couldn't look turn my head or play with my toddlers to being back to normal. John was so patient with me in appointments when I was super sensitive to that pain. He gave me exercises to build up strength in the areas that needed it to help alleviate and heal the problem areas. 10 out of 10 stars! Would highly recommend!

I hv not been to other physical therapists in tyler but I hv not only been to a few in the metroplex but also many others when caring 4 mom & dad. I HAVE NEVER recovered from old injuries the way I Am am now aftr going to PERFORMANCE PRO. They tailored a program for me that is minimal but consistently applied more effective in strengthening & stabilizing then I ever thought I could be w out doing 2 spinal fusions and putting in 2 screws and a metal plate. Spondylosis and stenosis was keeping me from walking or standing for more then 15 mins at a time. I hv seen Brandon and John the last few months. They each have so much talent and passion and each bring so much to the table..whether its correcting form ..which is essential for healing rather then hurting or Brandon's dry needling ..they taught me truly how to help myself. Pain stopped me from moving much b4 and I had no hope outside of invasive surgery. I may still hv to hv it in the long run but now I know what to do when I hurt in different places. I know how to literally be the best me I can. I cannot stress..they how much faster we heal when the excercises are pinpointed so well. I wasnt overloaded w too many excercises...each one was specific for the layers of injuries I hv. Thank u GOD for Brandon, John, Skylar, Mel, and mollyThe atmosphere is kind and happy at the same time super professional. I consider them all friends now! Everyone injured should do physical therapy I hv learned...I hv learned so much from them I can honestly say I will miss going in!! LOVE Y'ALL! Thank you sooo much.

15 visits took my shoulder from almost immobile to nearly 100%. Professional, caring staff focuses on each client's needs. They don't overbook. Knowledgeable use of the tools of the trade maximizes progress. Office staff ensured fast resolution of insurance claims!I hope I don't need them again, but would certainly choose this office if I get injured in the future!

Brandon and John are fantastic Physical Therapists as well as being great men. I have had issues over the last 7 years and have been a patient four different times. Yes I keep coming back for more. They are unique in how they approach my medical issues, always coming up with something new to work on and I like that. They have provided me the knowledge to continue my rehab on my own. You won't go wrong if you decide to use Performance Pro.

I came to Performance Pro Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation to rehab from a complete knee replacement. All I had to depend on we’re the reviews I read. They were spot on. John and Brandon were so good working together that no matter who was available, they kept me on track to a recovery beyond my expectations. They both have a great sense of humor and kept me so motivated. While in rehab there,, they made me and others feel like friends working out together. Everyone there was so supportive. Skylar and Mel at the desk were so easy to work with when setting up appointments and kept up with all the patients being seen there. This was a great experience, and I will be recommending this facility to anyone who needs some physical therapy after surgery or injury.
