It was a 5 star until they started letting the kids in for free. They come in groups of 2,3 and 4 and stay on a devise for 20-30 minutes. I will be forced to go elsewhere. PF advertises this scheme as mental health for kids. I am sure there is a profit motive somewhere and meanwhile they ignore their paying customers.
