I was involved in an incident today where a gentleman became very irrational. He continuously stepped into my personal space, yelling, and insulting me along with his wife who encouraged him until the manager came. I wish I could say it got better by the time Preston, the manager, arrived but the man’s behavior continue to be more and more unacceptable. To the point where the man felt compelled enough to bring up the color of my skin. Preston handled the situation perfectly. He was professional and I am very grateful he was there. Preston is a great representation of what a manager should be. A great manager and an exceptional leader. Preston for President!

The new location on lower Broadway is fabulous, with a staff that moved from the original Tyler location and they are fantastic. Every one of them!

Friendly Staff and a very clean facility.Clean locker rooms and showers. The gym floor is not crowded at all. Plus the gym is just minutes away in the same complex as I work in.
