I visited the gym with a current member at rise. I have been on the fence about joining Rise Fitness because I have heard good things about the gym and traffic flow within. When I went with my friend to try the gym out as a guest the lady up front was unfriendly and required me to pay a $15 fee for a day pass. The member I visited with has had other guests at no charge. I loved the gym and the equipment but felt unwelcomed and disappointed when they didn’t offer me a day pass to try the gym out, as I am a college student and have many friends that attend. I’d understand if this was not my first time, but this was the first time I had stepped foot in the gym. Due to not feeling welcomed you have lost a potential member and received a rating of 2 stars.
