The owners and staff are courteous, professional and always willing to help. The gym is always clean and maintained, I would recommend to anyone looking for a new gym!

I was a bit intimidated to join a gym knowing that I am completely out of shape and would likely die in the classes. Went anyways. The people were very welcoming. Whitney helped correct my form, pushed us to work harder. Left feeling great. Definitely recommend this place

Working out has never really been my “thing”. However since we have joined RiseRX I am actually enjoying going to a gym!! The owners are on site every day, interacting with the clients! The gym is clean and fresh! The equipment is top notch! And you are ALWAYS greeted with a smile!

If you are looking for a place to get in shape and stay in shape this is the gym for you! It’s the cleanest gym I have ever experienced along with all the top equipment, trainers, music and atmosphere! The owner, Mike, has a history of offering a complete experience and fitness. Never seen such a clean and well maintained place! If you need a trainer, they have the best! Try it and get in shape! They have great training classes and individual trainers. I have been using Tyler Drennon for 2 years and he is determined to get me in the best shape possible! I look forward to my 3 days/week! Tyler shows with a plan just for you! I have never seen a more dedicated trainer!

LOVE working out at Rise! The gym and equipment is kept very nice and clean! The staff is very nice and welcoming with great personal training and classes offered! One of my favorites is the childcare! So nice to have somewhere I can bring my kids while a get my workout in!

Great gym. The owners and staff are so nice and personable. Even as a mom 3 months out of having a baby, they were very encouraging and kind. I love the classes and the childcare is so great for those of you bringing little ones. They always have the same girls in with the kids which is great. Also very clean.
