This place is really dirty. Old machines, and equipment. It stinks it really smells. They don't have anyone cleaning the floors. I see the same dust and hair that had been sitting there for a while.

I heard one employee cursing while talking to a senior client because the facility was about to close while some clients were still in the locker room. That one employee is very rude and unprofessional. The other employees are nice and friendly.Atleast 2 to 3 machines are out of order every time I go here. Not the best experience.

I’ve been going to this gym for about 10yrs, and yes it’s not updated, the equipment is old and lacks air circulation but it got the job done. However once they changed their business hours, they basically open whenever after 4. I’ve had this happen 3 times in the past 2 weeks! This is absolutely unacceptable for those of us who have supported your business for decades! I can only work out at 4am, SO OPEN WHEN YOU SAY YOU’RE GOING TO OPEN!!!!

This is a god awful location!!! Don’t Believe any of the positive reviews. They are employees who were told to post good things about the club. It truly is dank. The air inside is incredibly musty and the equipment is rusty, falling apart, and looks gerryrigged. They could truly do better with shutting this down and finding a new building to establish a new Castro valley 24 club.Why doesn’t corporate see these reviews and shut it down.

Its a small location and not some of the newer 24 hour fitness but i really like it. It gets the job done, its clean and staff is always friendly and nice. When people complain about things being clean i feel like saying its people like us who are training there who leave stuff all around and leave it messy. I have seen staff cleaning as much as they can. I try to clean up after myself whenever i work out at a machine. Again no complaints at all.

I would gave 5 stars to the management and staff for their excellent service. However the facility and Equipment need upgrades.
