Front desk Staff needs to be retrained on customer service and professional conduct. Especially a young guy named Charlie.They stand around and watch you work out its very unsettling. They also discriminate you and are only nice to you if you look a certain way. There is also no music playing and there's always dust bunnies everywhere. Lockers are a mess including the restrooms. Staff needs to be completely retrained or replaced because members should not have to feel unwelcome or worry about being watched during each visit.

This is a clean facility smaller than others. The men's bathroom sometimes are not as clean as they should be. I would bet is the members not caring for their gym.

The GM here is top notch. Extremely helpful with my membership issues. Also, the sauna at this particular location is at the right temperature setting and the door seal properly.

I moved around the neighborhood not so log ago, I liked the atmosphere in there when I went last week. Update: tonight was my second time coming to this one and Charlie was very helpful with my membership helping me updating it.

It started out strong after reopening but has cut way too many classes. I can't find enough to fit my schedule and will have to cancel membership if they don't offer more. Instructors that they do have are fabulous, though, which is why I'm hanging on for a little longer.

Just started. Looks bigger from the outside. Has pretty good class options. Good level of variety for machines and free weights. Pool, sauna, and steam room are sufficient. Personal trainers are too expensive for me. I will look into getting some direction from staff as I really don't know where to start. Will see how that goes and update later. I paid for any gym option, so I will be visiting several. Wish me luck!
