First time member of 24hr fitness. I like the location and the size of the relatively new gym. However, in my 16 years of working out, I’ve never seen such under-equipped gym. Busiest machines have only one set of attachable parts that creates waiting for that one guy who more texts than works out. Trying to find ropes was impossible. Free weights are a mess! Nothing is in place where it belongs so finding equipment took away time from my workout. Pool is a nice treat and I used it few times already. Just it would be great if someone enforced members not entering the pool area including steam room wearing their outdoor shoes. That’s just gross. Stuff is friendly and helpful and overall the atmosphere is fun.

Any place that charges $25 for a day pass is a rip off.

For gym itself is fine, but Carla’s Pilates class is the best I’ve ever taken. Membership is worth it just for that.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this gym to anyone at all. The people at the front desk are rude and never greet anyone. I think the manager is named Gary, either way he’s a white man and he’s older but he’s very rude and he’s a misandrist, unprofessional, careless and rude person. Gary froze my gym membership just because I had to bring my little sister into the gym with me. She wasn’t even going to use any of the machines, she was just going to sit there but she terminated my gym membership without warning. He needs to be fired.

The manager Gary was being racist and giving attidute to my family. He didn’t let me in because it showed that my member ship card was shown freeze or expired but it wasn’t and he still didn’t let me in. He was giving my family and I attidute for no reason and he could’ve been nicer towards us no matter what!

Great place. Only complaint is that they should enforce a no-workout- shoes-in-the-sauna rule
