I have been a member (Brentwood) through Active & Fit since Jan 2022. The place is new and still acceptable and ok as long as you do not need to deal with any of the staff with any problems. Rules do not seem to be enforced either. However my biggest problem is with random membership termination by their system (3 times this year). It forces me to re-enroll and have to deal with payment issues they can not (will not care) to fix. The new manager Gary insisted he knew the problem had nothing to do with them despite the fact I tried to counter any random excuses he came up with based on factual previous experiences. He is a real hot head and totally void of any customer appreciation. I thought it was me but then later I learnt that Active and Fit people tried to contact him to resolve the problem. They were amazed as to how rude and non-cooperative he was.

I just recently joined with the help of Santos, I can’t express how amazing she is. I did the trial group classes and I love them all. It took me less then a week to sign up for the group classes.Catlin in the Surge Group Training on Sunday’s are the best!Thank you Santos for helping me pick the best gym in Brentwood!

Although the place is newly built but the sanitation/cleaning crew is not doing their job properly. The spa, steam room and showers are filthy with human hair everywhere. You can see hair everywhere with a foul smell. You can see dirt on tiles that havent been cleaned for months. They need to fire the cleaning crew.

To begin, I only leave positive reviews, however my experience was worth less than a star. Recently went in to get a 3 day membership, clubs was slow in middle of the afternoon. Person at front desk was helping someone else, no problem.10 minutes went by, not one acknowledgement from the person at the front desk. She was signing someone else up, and while the customer was inputting information, she was on her phone. Not once did she look up and say, "Be Right with you".Finally got the notice of a friendly coach who pointed me to the computer to start the process. Why person at front desk couldn't have said this and helped the person at the same time???Waited another full 5 minutes and finally spoke up. She rudely replied, "I am helping someone else". At this point, another coach notices and comes to help. I mention I really would have just like to have been acknowledged, I don't mind waiting, just stating, "will be with you shortly".Not only did 2nd coach ignore what I said, he thanked the robot at the front desk and then dismissed me with a "have a great friday" at the top of his lungs.WOW. WOW. WOW.Yes, I was profiled. I am a middle aged white woman. Instead of listening to what I said, saying "Oh sorry" we will be right with you, he dismissed me like I was some "Karen", and my name is Karen. He treated me as if I was the rude one, never acknowledged my concerns, didn't listen when I said I don't mind waiting. Nothing. I was dismissed and shamed. What a bunch of jerks. Customer service was a -10
