A fairly good gym, there are people, a good atmosphere.Update:On weekdays from 6 to 10 pm, the first floor is completely packed and it is very difficult to get close to the equipment.

Front desk personnel don’t even look up from their phone when people walk in. These kids need proper customer service training. Extremely rude.

Updated EQUIPMENT..CLEAN...CROWDED...FRIENDLY FRONT DESK PERSONNEL...MANAGEMENT NEED TO CHECK CAMERAS/AUDIT..NITE SHIFT..11PM TILL 5AM...EMPLOYEES...also...GUEST PASSES...Emlpoyees, also members come after 1am with guests with guest passes...and front desk personnel let them in..PROTOCOL is, the use of a guest pass is to be used at the HOURS that a SALES PERSON IS STAFFED/WORKING..there should be no guess passes used after 7pm...this was explained to me...but is happening at night...MANAGEMENT???????
