Everyone does their own thing. If you own your workout and know what you're doing, you'll be fine. Otherwise, this probably isn't the place for you. It's a very basic gym with enough equipment to get a good workout.

Love that this location is 24 Hours. So many people work different shifts, take classes or have family. It is nice to have an escape to recharge and refocus
