Wish they had a few more stairmasters.. Other than that all good. On the contrary, Alondra (shift lead) has terrible customer service and even worse eyebrows somehow.

Came to work out. Wa disappointed there are no trainers. There were no paper towels to clean machines and no paper towels to dry your hands in the restroom. After I informed the front desk they were aware already.

Nice, cozy place. Gets packed first few days of the week. Sometimes I can't use a mat because they're all being used. Clean. Employees are friendly.

Great Gym. Some amenities that I haven't seen in the Richmond location (p360). Aside from the blackout they had that caused the staff to kick everyone out, this gym is good for the price.

There staff are the worst. They lie, the make fun of the members, and there are no manager to take the members complains.I'm a black card member, n I've already contacted the 1-800 number and my issue haven't been resolved yet.

The equipment tends to be a bit busy at all times during the day. Staff are so-so, though to be fair I've never had any negative interactions with them so that's pretty cool. Some of the equipment have this weird substance on them near the end of the handles that's brown and kinda sticky, it's honestly kind of gross.Having said all of that, you're at planet fitness because either 1) you're broke, 2) it's the closest gym to your place, or 3) you have something against gyms charging an exorbitant amount of money for something really basic.Taking that into consideration, the place is actually not that bad considering you're paying $10/mo for a basic membership, even better if you pay the summer deal without a commitment or cancellation fee. So overall it's 3/5. If it wasn't so cheap and the staff easy to deal with then it would definitely be a 1/5.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could.To check in you have to wait for a receptionist to be available.#2 no paper towels#3 now they have smelly microfiber towels and you clean with 1 towel so basically you’re just spreading the germs. To find a spray sanitizer takes time sometimes they only have 1 bottle.I think the management is trying to save money by not having what the customer needs but in reality you’re just losing customers.

Positive atmosphere. Starting out a new workout program is a difficult and challenging thing and I have to say that this franchise is highly supportive as a built in component of their culture.They had a drive to raise money for the Boy and Girls Club and I was extremely impressed by where they place the few dollars that I contribute by way of low membership fees. 👍🏽

Honestly I was super skeptical about joining planet fitness. Mostly cause $20 buck is affordable and cost in the long run. However after joining i can say that i really like going there. The staff is nice and I can just get in the zone and do my own thing. Plus with the app i can easily keep track of my workouts and what I'm burning off!

Check out Planet fitness today. Not bad for $10.00 limited membership or $21.99 for full membership. Not to crowded, no pressure gym. Nice equipment.
