Came over here by chance to get a little more energy. Wasn't expecting the life changing results I got.. the owner and staff took a personal interest in my success and held me accountable and helped me push myself past anything I thought I could have done. Now I'm in the best shape of my life... Well worth it..

Great place to work out, I have struggled in the past to stick with working out, signing up for classes ahead of time keeps me going even when I don't feel like working out. The staff, coaches and owner are all excellent and really make you feel cared about and give it a personal vibe.

I’m at that middle (ok late middle- I’m 54) stage of life, haven’t been working out regularly in a loooong time, and had moved to the area about a year ago. One of my close friends invited me to the ‘challenge’, I went to one class to give it a try. 5 months later and it’s a regular part of my life- I lost 23 inches, feel strong again, no more shoulder pain, and love the community at Burntown. Lots of support, very inclusive, and so glad I joined.

I was invited to try out a class (and the 6 week challenge) by a friend. I thought of every excuse to ditch my friend and not go to that class.... I'm not motivated, I'm so out of out of shape I'll never be able to keep up, it's going to hurt too much, it's too much work to lose the weight, my back hurts, I'll have to give up drinking wine....the list goes on and on. But I showed up and that first class was not pretty for me - not going to lie. I thought I may possible die because my heart rate hasn't seen numbers like that in years. However, I liked the atmosphere, the people, the small setting, even the exercising! So much is packed into 45 minutes - you work hard, but then you're done! It's nothing like a traditional big gym. You're not running on a treadmill for 30-60 minutes then meandering around the weight machines wondering what to do next. BT plans the whole 45 minute session and you just do what they show you to do. You get cardio, core, and strength training all wrapped up in one session. The 6 week challenge incorporates nutritional counseling and I really stuck with it (and I did sneak some wine in from time to time). I am amazed at how I transformed my body in a short amount of time. I lost 17 pounds and over 29 inches. I feel great. Can't thank my friend enough for inviting me to go!

I've done lots of different types of workouts before, but this is by far the most fun and effective thing I've done. Everyday is different, challenging, and I don't dread going like other places I've been. The owner and staff are fantastic and really get to know you and your goals. After doing the challenge I am the strongest I've ever been. Can't recommended this place more.

The coaches are great! They inspire and encourage you to give it your all! The class format works and because the workouts change, you don’t get bored with doing the same workout each time. From the front desk staff, to the music, the personal connections with clients, and community feel- Burntown is the real deal! Check it out!

I have been going to different gyms on and off for years and Burntown fitness has been my absolute favorite! Not only is this a gym its a lifestyle change and the people here are amazing! I started in December 2019 and in just a couple months i have seen so much progress with not only my fitness but my nutrition as well. I'm happier and healthier and so is my family because of Burntown Fitness.

Signed up for the 6 week challenge and it was amazing. The workouts are about 45 min long so it’s pretty easy to fit around any schedule. The the best part about Burntown are the coaches and staff! Everything from the workout programs to the nutritional guidance, they do an amazing job at keeping you in check with your goals and making sure you stay motivated through the process.

Needed to find a workout studio in Vancouver as I divide my time between there & San Diego, CA. Started and ended my search with Burntown Fitness. From my initial phone conversation with owner, Kisar, and each class, I have been positively impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, energy, and knowledge of the staff. This studio rocks but be prepared to be challenged and work hard! Instructors will modify workouts to your level/ability, supporting safe fitness challenges. Working out at Burntown Fitness this summer helped me get stronger and build more muscle. This studio and its instructors are worth every penny because a healthier, stronger you is priceless!

Burntown is an amazing place to work out. I haven't been there long but I already see changes in my body and it's only been two weeks. The trainer's especially Jasmine are amazing they push you to your limits if you're wanting to get healthy and a better lifestyle this is the place to be it helps your mind body and spirit. I would recommend this place to anybody who's trying to make serious Life changes. Everybody is nice you feel welcome no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
