I. Love. This. Gym. Every class is different and every class is a killer workout. The coaches are super motivating and there is lots of one-on-one attention. A familiar smile and greeting awaits each client before the class. The classes are intense without being intimidating. Fourth-five minutes of hard work goes by fast—get it done and get out of there. I routinely burn 350-500 kcalories each workout. The owner Kisar is also so great. He’s very personable and takes pride in knowing each of his clients. I highly recommend this HIIT gym.

I have been attending the Burntown fitness studio for over 3 months and thoroughly enjoy it. The workouts are setup in 45 minute sessions (warmup, workout, cooldown/stretch) with multiple time slots available throughout the day. I like the small group setting since I am not skilled in exercise moves and the trainers leading each session have plenty of time to correct my positions making them more effective. I never liked the "big gyms" because I never knew what I was suppose to do. At Burntown I just showup with the right attitude and they guide thru the whole routine. They must have an endless list of 45 minute programs since i have never repeated one yet.In addition to the normal workout programs I recently signed up for the "21 Fitness Challenge" that focuses on specific weight and body fat goals. The program uses the regular workout routines but aligns it with a planned nutrition strategy that, when combined, produced great results for me! I dropped over 15 lbs and almost 3% body fat loss.In summary, great modern facilities, great workout routines/classes, but most important by far, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable trainers who take great joy in helping you. Burntown works for both those trying to lose weight or those just keeping in shape.

Love the workout! I started with the challenge & lost 17 inches in 6 weeks!!! I was thrilled. The workouts are fast & always changing. I'm never bored so I'm able to stay interested & continue to want to come! The staff is so kind & always cheering on your progress. Everyone should give it a try!

After not being active for years I made the decision to make a change. What to do? Where to go? Who to trust? these were the questions in my head. After speaking with Kisar Dhillon the owner of Burntown Fitness I felt welcome and motivated. As I continue my journey of health I have not only been given outstanding coaching and motivation from all the outstanding instructors at Burntown but a fantastic atmosphere as well. They have not only been great classes but they have also set me up with a fantastic dietary program that is working wonders. Burntown cares about what they do and makes sure that each step is moving forward.I highly recommend Burntown fitness!!!

Burntown is the best of many group fitness gyms I've visited. The programming is fun and keeps your body guessing, the coaches are awesome, and the class size is small enough to get personalized attention. In just 3 months I've gotten in better shape than I've ever been. I highly recommend that you check it out.

Burntown is great! I did their 42-day challenge at the beginning of 2019, and the entire experience was awesome. I lost 28 pounds and 3.3% body fat in 42 days, and definitely couldn’t have done it without the nutritional counseling Kisar offered along with it. Burntown’s system is great for those who want to get in, work hard, and get on with their life while making progress towards their goals. 45 minute classes mean that anyone can find time in their schedule to make it in and make fitness their priority. All you have to do is come in to give it a try.

I have loved my experience at burntown. The coaches are genuinely invested in their clients health journey and make the workouts fun and engaging! Not to mention the 45 minutes always fly by. Everyone is welcome at burntown, no matter what fitness level they are at. It’s not just about the workouts but a complete lifestyle change. It’s a great community to be apart of and I would highly recommend giving Burntown a try

My brother and I did the challenge and both had great success. All of the trainers are supportive and encourage you to do your best and at your own personal fitness level. The level and commitment and support in all the members has all been positive and uplifting. Overall it has been an Amazing workout and life experience. I love that I am feeling stronger than I’ve ever been. I encourage everyone to try it out no matter your fitness level. You will be impressed to find out what you are made of. Burntown is legit - no gimmicks. They promote healthy eating and more (and more efficient) workouts. The team of trainers is knowledgeable and kind. They are also 'present' and offer personalized support both in and out of the gym. The 45 minute class format fits nicely into my busy schedule.Most importantly the people who own, work at, and go to Burntown make up a supportive community of people interested in bettering their health. My husband and both saw results with the 42 day challenge and we've kept going to try to achieve bigger goals.
