This was our girl’s free trial class. To say she loved it is a huge understatement. The instructors were fabulous; made her feel welcome by empowering all the students to be part of welcoming and helping as they could. She was super encouraged after having been nervous about not knowing what to expect at all. I can tell the investment in the students to be respectful and upstanding goes beyond just class time. A+ from this mama.

We love Emerge Jiu Jitsu. My 6year old has been going for about a month has has already become a completely different kid. More coordinated. More confident. And has more self discipline and respect for himself and others. Every day is challenging for him and he walks away with sense of accomplishment. The staff and team of coaches are great at working with the kids no matter where’s they’re at in their experience. Can’t say enough!

Excellent! I highly recommend this school for anyone considering bjj for the first time, or a seasoned veteran to the art. There's a welcoming environment and the dedication to each phase of a successful school is palpable.After starting by enrolling my 5 year old daughter, I've since began training and even got my mom--who is in her 60s, to also enroll in the women's self defense...3 happy generations.Emerge has a good mix of men and women, a lot of kids, and is a place where many bring the whole family.

Great defense class for women. I learned so much and it was a safe and comfortable environment. I’m looking forward to training more. I’m glad I went out of my comfort zone and tried it. The instructors are very knowledgeable and respectful. It was a wonderful experience!

It’s always a great time! High Quality gym!Everyone there is nice and always respectful to one another. The coaches make the atmosphere and they are great! Knowledgeable, patient, kind, respectable, professional.

The group at Emerge is great. Knowledgeable, positive, flexible, team-oriented. The skills instruction is paced well so you’re moving at a speed that walks the line between fast but not too fast and manageable but not slow.All in all, Emerge is a great place to train.
