I moved to Vancouver last summer and began working with Skyler about six months ago. I found out about him through my daughter and son-in-law who had been working with him about a year; both were in phenomenal shape, not to mention having lost weight. My daughter set a goal of running a half marathon in the Columbia River Gorge and with Skyler's coaching, accomplished that with flying colors. I'm 70+ and was most interested in improving flexibility, strength and balance. I'm thrilled with the results. Skyler is extremely knowledgable, encouraging and patient. I always feel great after a session, and think I have added years to my life. I'm training to enter the half marathon myself this year as a walker. I highly recommend him.

Unlike other personal trainers I have worked with, Fly Fitness started with a personal assessment on mobility and functionality (instead of others who just wanted to see how many push-ups I could do etc.). All of my workouts were tailored to what I enjoyed and also my skill level, still pushed me each time!

We moved to the area in 2021. My partner and I were looking to get in shape and found Fly Fitness. It had good reviews and we loved our initial consultation with Skyler. He was extremely thorough, sought to understand what our goals were, measured our baseline health and identified issues we were really eager to work on. He designed a program for us as a couple. We liked the experience so much that we decided to go all in and have been working with Fly Fitness intensively for over a year now. The coaching is outstanding, Skyler is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and conscientious. We work with each other on juggling schedules as issues arise. Overall our experience has been amazing. Combined with improved food choices and overall increased activity outside of training, I have lost over 27 lbs, have a lot more energy and overall feel much better than I’ve felt in over a decade. I’ve also had a nagging injury that through the training we have been able to improve strength, flexibility, mobility and reduce pain.The work with Fly Fitness allows us to be more productive at work and enjoy a lot of outdoor activities. I highly recommend Fly Fitness to anyone looking to build a holistic fitness regimen. You will get results.

Skyler is extremely knowledgeable and never stops surprising me with new information. He’s helped me lose over 9% of my body fat in just 6 weeks. They have a lovely clean gym and I really enjoy working with everyone on the team. I highly recommend Fly Fitness

Skyler is the best trainer I’ve used when it comes to knowledge and correction. Skyler helped me understand why stuff is sore and tight, and instantly put me through exercises to help loosen me up. And it worked! Highly recommend!!

Fly fitness is the truth. My personal trainer Skyler is fricken awesome at what he does!He’s helped me recover from a significant shoulder surgery and in no time I’m already back to lifting the same weights I was pre-operation! I have been training with Skylar for nearly a year now and couldn’t be more stoked with the results. I first started training with him after a serious stomach surgery, and he helped me recover better than I could have dreamed. Since then, he has helped me to hit every single personal goal I have set and then some. He really focuses on your needs and personalizes the session to work for exactly what you are looking to achieve.
