The muscle bar, formerly The Camp is an amazing comfortable and environment to workout. When you step in the walls you are energized supported and feel ready for a great workout no matter what it your fitness level.

Shane is great to work with. He is helping set up a plan taylored for me and my back issues. I love the atmosphere!3 month update - Shane is the best! He has created the most welcoming, nonjudgmental exercise environment I have ever been at. It is the only gym I have been to that actually backs up the philosophy of "Come as you are." When you walk in everyone says hi and is super nice. I have been working with Shane for 3 months now, and the results are amazing. I am a heavy guy with some knee issues, and he has provided excellent modifications and routines to help me lose consistent weight over that time. Mindy is great help teaching the exercises and super supportive!

I have never in my life felt so comfortable, so welcomed, and so motivated to get healthy and exercise as I do at this gym. The staff is encouraging, uplifting, and knowledgeable! The workouts are the perfect mix of strength training and cardio. Since starting my journey at this gym, I have seen results and learned to make it a lifestyle change. Highly recommend!Most effective way I’ve been able to lose weight and get healthy. It was always just too hard to do it on my own and stick to a gym. But this isn’t just a gym. Its a boot camp. They’re supportive, they push you and you’re held accountable. By no means is it easy, your journey will be difficult, but you will have support and the tools you need. I lost 23 lbs by the end of my 6 week 20 lb challenge, along with a couple set backs. But they help you get back on track and get where you need to be. I love this place. And am so grateful to have found it.

It was an uphill battle but worth it 100% I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a positive change in their life/lifestyle! All of the staff were friendly, very intelligent, professional, and aggressive(in a good way). I could have not done this without the help of the staff they pushed me to go harder faster and heavier. The workouts were intense but worth every moment. I did cheat on the diet one weekend and took a few steps in the wrong direction but I let the staff know and they told me how and what to do to get back on track. With their knowledge and assistance I got back on track and ended up surpassing the goal I initially set for myself. If I could rate this challenge (20lb challenge) and more importantly the people that helped me I would give them an 11/10. I am more than pleased with the way I look and feel! Highly recommend :)

I have struggled for the past 3 years with my weight and I was not sure if I was going to be able to break my personal weight plateau. The past 6 weeks at The Camp have been amazing and inspiring. The positivity of the whole community is like nothing I have ever experienced in any program that I have joined in the past. I was amazed to have strangers encourage me to keep pushing toward my goals and praising my progress Alon the way. The trainers work along with you and sincerely care about you and your progress. They are there to help you out whether it is advice, guidance or support. I felt supported throughout the entire challenge from the workouts, to the meal planning to everything in-between. I am excited to say that I DID IT! I broke past my weigh plateau and completed the challenge. I was a bit nervous towards the end but the amazing team at The Camp helped me overcome my personal obstacles. I have found an magnificent community that I am excited to continue my workout journey with. I am onward to the next challenge.If you are looking for more than just a gym than The Camp is for you. Come experience the community and support that it has to offer.

I love The Camp! I haven't worked out in years. I'm so happy I decided to step out of my comfort zone 6 weeks ago and give this place a try! I found the gym and program that works for me! I'm addicted to working out and getting healthy again! The trainers and staff are all amazing and supportive. Everyone is willing to help you achieve your goals. Highly recommend this gym!
