A few months ago, I walked through the doors of The Camp Transformation Center in Vancouver for my prospective member orientation. I saw the big sign that read: "Within these walls, your life will change". Skeptical, I questioned how any gym could promise a minimum loss of 5% body fat in just 6 weeks.Well let me tell you, The Camp is like none other. The Hard Body challenge is by far the best (and most difficult) thing I've ever done for my health and fitness. Over the course of 6 weeks, the trainers and staff provided me nothing but encouragement, support, nutritional guidance, and killer workouts allowing me to reach (and surpass) my goal.If anyone reading this is having second thoughts about committing to this challenge, I promise you won't regret it! The trainers and fellow challengers remind you constantly that hard is NOT impossible. The support within this gym is incredible. Thank you to the Camp trainers for your exuberant energy and your passion to help your people succeed. This experience changed so many things for me and I will always be eternally grateful!

I fell in love with the camp from my first workout. The staff is amazing, supportive, inspiring, and just all around awesome. The classes are hard, don't get me wrong, but you'll be having so much fun that you won't even notice. I love how every class is different. In the last 6 weeks I never did the same workout twice. Whether you are looking to lose weight, or tone up I highly recommend that you try their program. The diet is easy to follow, the classes are fun, you'll make new friends, and gain tons of confidence in yourself. What are you waiting for... Give them a call right now!!!

This is a great gym. I didnt need to lose a bunch of weight but I definitely needed more strength. I've been going for a couple months. I feel so much better and stronger. There are real people here, the people you see at the store, church,etc. It's nice to workout without pressure. I highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The gym and the trainers are amazing! When I started I was worried because I had no fitness background or experience but the trainers taught me everything that I needed to know! They are very careful and pay close attention to you and teach you the proper form.They give great advice and critique. In the 6 weeks I not only got to see the transformation in myself (I LOST MORE THAN 20 POUNDS!), but in others around me. The atmosphere at this gym is incredible. Just finished my first challenge and let 21.1 lbs in just six weeks. Best decision I've made in a long time. Don't doubt yourself everything is possible especially when you have the support group there by your side the camp transformation center. The workouts are extremely good they pushing really hard and their stuff is really nice. Their trainers are very professional and know what they're doing. They let you do it on your own pace but also push you so I got you aren't behind on your goals. I can recommend this place with all of my heart. It is totally possible to lose 20 pounds in six weeks especially when the motivation is that you're going to get your money back.
