I'm a 70-year-old female and I want to move better and improve my balance. Bob is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me improve. He is patient with me and can answer my questions and simply smiles at all my denials and insults.

Don't be fooled by the name - Northwest Personal Training does much more than just personal training. I learned long ago that group fitness classes are my preferred workout; and NWPT delivers on that and then some. A standout in the downtown Vancouver community, NWPT plays out like the Cheers theme song, "Sometimes you want to go, where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came..."

Trail running? The photos look amazing but how does one go from a road runner to tackling vert on mountains…the answer is Jessica! I’m forever grateful for Jessica’s enthusiastic, welcoming environment and her ability to inspire her [typically apprehensive] clients to tackle any mountain or find the joy in a leisurely jaunt through a park.The trail family that Jessica has created is one heck of a community where your goals will be crushed and you will truly hit your stride.
