I don’t have enough good things to say about Northwest Personal Training, all the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Private training with Jessica M. has been rewarding, challenging and I see results, not just in my body but mind and spirit too. She makes me feel good and pushes me outside my comfort zone which I need!

Nate is an amazing and fun trainer. He’s a great listener and he’s been able to hone in my wants and needs. He’s challenged me to give my best and I’m seen the results of his promises every time I challenge myself hike the steep hills in my area. I’d recommend anyone to join Northwest personal training because of the staff and the results

I highly recommend training with the team at NWPT. There is nothing better to motivate you then having a trainer who knows you and your fitness goals. This year, I joined their after hours trail running group with Jess. What an upbeat, supportive crew!

Best experience ever. I have been a member for going on 4 yrs. I play hard and my body agrees with my workouts. When I travel I appreciate the virtual option. I can't wait to get back into the old routine prior to Covid. Amazing results thanks to Alicia. She really zero's in on the areas I have injured in the past. Literally in the best shape I have ever been in and play harder. 60 is the new 40 when you workout at NWPT!!!!! Strongly recommend you find your cadence and make it happen. So worth it.

I have been using this fitness resource for about a month. I love it! I am in my 40's / out of shape and a novice when it comes to exercise. The instructors are super accommodating and patient and will often give me an alternative option of a set of reps knowing that I have bad ankles. Deciding to join this gym may be the smartest decision I have made in my adult life.

I have been working out at NWPT for many years and am consistently impressed by all the trainers and front desk staff. The positivity and general cheerfulness of everyone who works there is contagious. Working out at NWPT is good for your mental as well as your physical health! Recently I have been taking more classes with Jessica and Nathan. Both of them bring a level of energy and expertise to their workouts that motivates me to push myself that extra bit harder. They are both quick to provide me with any necessary modifications for exercises, knowing the issues I have with various joints. Recently Jessica spent considerable time with me after class advising me on specific exercises I could do at home that would help me with an issue I have been having. I love working with my trainer at Northwest Personal Training. Nate is personable, knowledgable, and takes interest in my goals and overall health to help me be my best. Now that I am in my 50's physical fitness is incredibly important to me in how I maintain my overall physical health. I see NWPT as part of my health team along with my other doctors!

I am a trail runner because of Jess. I discovered her trail running series a year ago. I was hooked after a group run with Jess and the community she has built. She encouraged me soon after to sign up for my first 1/2 marathon and has prepared me for every goal and event ever since. I have also enjoyed participating in her other classes like boot camp. She is an energetic, knowledgeable trainer who has 100% positively impacted my life and new adventures!

Jessica is a phenomenal trainer! She meets her clients where they are. Her genuine enthusiasm and interest in helping me reach my goals has exceeded my expectations and motivates me to be my best. The front desk staff is welcoming and location can’t be beat!
