It's really interesting, I made a post explaining my recent experience with OrangeTheory Fitness and now somehow it's not here?Long story short they call and text me multiple times a day telling me I owe them one month to actually cancel my membership. Over 4 months I never went, but one time. I signed up without using my free time at the beginning. I decided to finally go after 3 months of not going nor using my free trial class. In that class I realized it was not a good for me because I have carpal tunnel. The trainer was beyond helpful to see if there were ways to make it work, it hurt to much. I left the class early because my wrists were killing me. I left my job shortly after and came in 2 days after my next month started and signed my cancelation form. I made it very clear to them my corporate card was canceled. So I assumed I was fine being I never used my membership and I signed the cancelation form.My company was paying for my membership and when I left that luxury was no longer afforded.OTF staff call and text me multiple times a day, it is beyond harassment. I asked for the manager to call me and discuss, but that has yet to happen. I do however get calls from the staff threatening me daily.I don't know if they are hurting for members or what, but it is obnoxious. Now it's principle, I welcome all reasonable conversation. But to threaten me you are going to call me and text me nonstop and do it is so crazy.I don't think they realize they are hurting themselves by treating people so poorly. I paid 400+ dollars and technically only used my "free" class. Not one manager has called me but I have had countless calls from really rude staff members.I have been in Vancouver for a long time and very involved in this community's business space handling marketing for hundreds of locally owned business', and this has been by far my worst customer experience in 20 years. There are so many places to workout, I do not recommend spending your money here. They deleted my previous post, I can assume I am not the first negative post they had deleted.Sincerely,Nicole

I love OT's focus on variety -- from day to day and within each workout -- the mix of weights, treadmill and rowing and the great mix of speed and intensity within each group. The weight routines are always targeted to exactly the areas I want to work. I also really like the atmosphere -- the music, the friendly, supportive coaches, the group workout and the fact that the room is full of people of all fitness levels who are only concerned about their own goals that day. It keeps me inspired to push my own goals without any worries about whether I'm keeping up with the room. I'm totally hooked!
