Orange Theory Fitness allowed me to see what it was like to push my body physically and mentally by providing the different colored levels with the heart rate monitor. It was nice to be able to view them as I was working out, which led me to push myself more than normal. I found it to make me actually look forward to working out.Importantly:Jamie stuck by my side to ensure that my techniques were always correct to avoid any injuries, even by altering the moves to make it work for me. Or the speed to stay at on the treadmill to keep at specific level.I thoroughly enjoyed working out at the OTF, and would recommend Jamie and the whole team to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated group of trainers.

EVERYTHING! Orange Theory Fitness has been so amazing for me and I can't rave about it enough. I love being able to push myself because I can see my heart rate and I love having a coach to push me so I only have to focus on the next 30 seconds-few minutes at a time. The workouts are fun and go so quick!

I love the energy each coach and class always has! It makes coming to work out every day that much better! Everyone is so encouraging and just great. From the girls at the front desk, to the coaches and the individuals who also work out at OTF. The price is well worth it.

I absolutely love Orangetheory Hazel Dell. All the coaches and people at the front desk are wonderful and it feels like a community. I never leave having had a poor workout. If you need a lot of weight lifting this may not give you enough time on the weights. My only complaint is the classes are quite expensive. Unfortunately for my bank account I've decided it's worth it.

Went to my first class, which was free, and had a good time. It's loud and you are distracted enough to not really notice you're working as hard as you are, but it can be hard to follow the directions simply because there are so many people.
