Wow! I am amazed at how efficient the Pure Barre workout technique is!! As a former yoga/Pilates instructor I can say Pure Barre is a great workout that incorporates the right elements/techniques from other disciplines while adding their own twist as well! Working out "less" to achieve more!

Empowering and positive instructors, amazing music, great ambiance and a killer workout that leaves you feeling stronger after every class. Can't wait to keep lifting, toning and burning with the ladies of Pure Barre!

My cousin took me to a class on bring a friend day and boy was it a workout! The instructor was very friendly, energetic, helpful,-and fun! It was very face-paced, no breaks, very interactive! I love how it's not boring and it's a well-rounded workout! It combines ballet, Pilates, Yoga, weights, resistance, core strengthening, medicine ball, all in one! I guarantee you'll feel it right away and be sore the next few days! It was one of the best workouts I've ever experienced!
