Great setting for any type of workout . Owners and employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Numerous classes and exercise routines spaced through out the day. Highly recommend Inlet Fitness.

Great place, highly recommend.My only suggestion is if possible, leave more room between cardio machines or older persons may trip.Wish list: a dry sauna in women’s locker room.

This place is so clean with a lot of space for whatever your need is. I only did a ten day membership and if I ever go back to Virginia I would use them again.
