I worked at iNLeT years ago before I had babies, and have been a member now for almost 7 years. I LOVE this place!! 💚 since I was on staff I know the owners personally and they are wonderful people. They care so much about the gym members, are so kind to the staff, and take fabulous care of the 2 beautiful facilities they own. I HIGHLY recommend getting a membership here!! I bring my 3 kids almost everyday and they love the childcare staff and the childcare space. My 2 year old has always had stranger anxiety, but she ADORES the ladies who work in the childcare room.iNLeT offers so much! If you like exercise classes, they have a full schedule with lots of variety.If you like exercising on your own, there is plenty of space and equipment for many people, as well as a gorgeous outdoor deck with a stunning view. I also occasionally run on the bike path which is close by!If you want a personal trainer or a small group training team, you have got to check out the TRIBE teams here!All the trainers and class instructors are very qualified and fun and professional.Love you iNLeT!!! 💚💚💚

Would definitely recommend this facility. The staff keeps the gym super clean and orderly! Everyone is always exceptionally friendly and makes the gym feel welcoming!

I like this gym. Cv19 has made things weird, but it's great to get back to this gym. It's a good group of people who go here, so I feel good about that.

This gym is very deceiving . From the out side it doesn't look like much , just house next to yacht club . On the inside its one of the diverse and friendly gyms I have ever been to.

I went for a trial today and the front desk receptionist, a young woman with long brown hair, was seriously rude. I told her that I came for a trial and she gives me a nasty look and asks me if I reside in Virginia. Then, she just points to all the equipment rather than giving a full tour because she's lazy. She doesn't even greet the clients hello/goodbye.Gym is VERY SMALL and all equipment are really rusty and old. Shower facilities aren't really clean and the lockers have dust/dirt in them.

This isn’t the fault of the gym, but I feel like it’s important to note, and I would have liked to know before having a membership, but never in my entire life have I been to a gym and been approached or stared at by men during my workout than I have here. I just watched a man through the mirror put on his glasses specifically to stare at me while I squatted, leaning around a machine to do so. I’ve been asked out multiple times by men 3x my size, once in the middle of a heavy squat set, where I couldn’t reclaim my personal space or object to him without endangering myself with the weight. Even with a membership that I paid an arm and a leg for, I’ve only gone about 4 times because of this, and had this sort of experience every single time. I’ve had memberships at several other gyms in the area and have never had this be an issue... maybe it’s people not knowing how to act after quarantine? Anyways.Again, not the fault of the gym which are kind and lovely people, but I thought this experience was important to know for women considering a membership here.

I was a member of INLeT Fitness for many years until I recently moved. To this day, the best gym I have ever been a member. Wish there were more places like this gem. The staff is awesome, and the facility is perfect. The outdoor deck is awesome for a workout in the spring through fall. Beautiful spot to enjoy a good workout while enjoying the scenery.

I WENT TO A AWESOME GYM TODAY GREAT VIBES INSIDE AND OUT AS I RAN 2 MILE RUN RIGHT OUTSIDE THE GYM ALSO. VERY CLEAN GYM BATHROOMS AND ALL. GO CHECK IT OUT

Inlet is a great gym. It is clean, equipment is well maintained and both staff and management are excellent.
