Love this place. Joined in 99 before building was built. Best ownership and management team! Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors are the best! Great variety of classes from Spin, Chisel, Tribe, Yoga, outdoor bootcamp and lots of others. You don't need to go anywhere else!

I love this gym. Everyday, I am greeted by a great staff. Lots of natural light, views of the water, outdoor workout space and excellent classes/instructors make this locally owned gym such a unique and fabulous place to workout. It’s a gem.

Would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Hampton Roads area! Inlet Fitness really cares about your experience and satisfaction. The front desk is friendly and there is a variety of equipment and classes to suit every need. Also, you can't beat the view! Who wouldn't enjoy working out with a view of the water?!

I am originally from Philadelphia and have been here 7 years. Exercise has been apart of my life for most of my adult good, 20+ years. Virginia was certainly a different vibe and it was challenging finding something similar to what I was doing until I came to Inlet Fitness. This gym has certainly lived up to my expectations. I have done several fitness classes but Allison's spin class is by far the best! She is definitely a top rate spin instructor and I always look forward to rocking with her!

Inlet is THE place to be. It’s family-owned, has an incredible view, offers an array of group classes - and the staff truly treat you as a friend. If you’re not working out here, you should be. Trust me and thank me later.
