Best gym ever. Always clean compared to other onelife clubs very organized with the equipment and offers newer and more variety or equipment. The staff are great and always welcoming and happy to answer any questions i may ever have

the main reason why this gym gets a five star review is because of andrew moran. he is my first personal trainer and honestly the best. he not only helps you CRUSH your goals but exceed them. brought together the best girl groups who are running the gym. i will forever be grateful for what andrew has done for my goals but for my personal life.

My husband and I started at OneLife RedMill in the preview center. We have been training with Andrew Moran for 5 years. When we started, we were a couple of out of shape, 60-something beginners. Andrew immediately assessed our health status & goals, & immediately got to work on us. Five years later, we are completely different people! We are infinitely stronger than we’ve ever been before!Andrew is extremely knowledgeable about all things fitness related, no matter what level you’re in at the beginning. He knows how long to keep one phase going, before gradually transitioning to the next (e.g., muscle building to strength).He also encourages a sense of community among his clients. During the pandemic, he started holding group sessions at Mount Trashmore, and he’s kept the group going since. Andrew deserves more than 5 stars, both as a trainer & as a fabulous person!Meg & Brett Shrader
