Went into the Visalia Duck’s to get information about a kids golf set. The salesman was in the driving net area hitting balls. I asked him about a left handed set and he said he only had one set and it would be better if I just went online. He turned around and started hitting balls again, totally ignoring me. Not interested in doing business with the Dick’s Sporting Goods in Visalia!

The store is clean, well kept, and has a large selection of useful merchandise. I can usually find what I’m looking for. The front-in staff couldn’t be more rude and less helpful. The employees are absolutely NOT kid friendly and, if you’re looking for assistance, you’ll get farther by asking a fellow customer. The floor employees hide in the back.

Great store with any and all sports products you need at a great price and they always have great sales throughout the year. I coach girls softball and always get our stuff here.

Was gifted some Walter Hagen rain golf pants. They cost $80. Did not have receipt or gift receipt. DICK’S return policy would only allow for a $0.52 return value because of no receipt. Utterly absurd. Will not be purchasing gifts for anybody from DICK’S.

I was in there today around 8 pm to purchase 2 soccer goals , the ones I was coming in to get were not available on the shelf :( I looked for the closest employee she looked it up and she said they were out of stock and Fresno and Clovis store as well , so I started to search the next closest store to see if available I didn’t care if I have to drive far , we’ll A different employee asked if he could help me find something and I said well I came in looking for these and I showed him a picture I told him last night it said there were 9 available but I don’t see any more He said he can go look and see if they possibly had one left somewhere in the back well I didn’t want to waste time and since I was already told there were none i went online thinking where could they possibly be available I needed them they were one of my last minute Christmas gifts on my list well he came back and showed up with two ! Omg that put a big smile on my face and I felt so much better stress free . Now that I remember he is the same one that helped me find soccer items I needed to get for my kids . I didnt see what was his name , but he’s in the soccer department, he’s very helpful and know what he’s looking for , he deserves more than a thank you !
