In-Shape Family Fitness

I love my cycling class on Mondays at 6:30pm. The instructor Joe really pushes us- i actually sweat! I leave feeling like I had the best workout ever. He is funny and he actually gets to know us, making it encouraging/motivating to want to go back.

I moved out of state and realized i needed to cancel my membership with them, i was with them well over the annual agreement i had signed and they still wanted 30 day notice and wanted me to provide my new address before they would consider not charging me an additional month. Unless you like to be put on hold for up to 30 minutes and continually request to speak to management at their corporate office to get a simple cancellation done don't go here. Even when signing up originally, i come to find out that people i referred over to them actually got their membership for $20 less monthly. This isn't a utility or an rental complex its a gym. don't ever give them auto pay or your banking information as they will try to continually charge you hoping you won't notice. Planet Fitness before i left was offering $10 monthly membership fees i would go with them if i still lived out there.

I've been trying to get my contract information re submitted for 2 months now. I just want to know what exactly I'm paying for. My personal sessions. I love my personal trainer... but other than her,Completely dissatisfied with inshape. I keep getting forwarded to numbers that no one ever answers. And leave messages to which no one ever gets back to me. They blow up your phone, literally bug... to get you to sign up when you make an appointment. But when you have questions or concerns after the sign up.. you get completely snubbed. Terrible customer service. The facility is beautiful and clean though.

Very good gym. When I moved to the area, i wanted to carefully choose the best gym for me that would give me the best bang for my buck and that was definitely this one. There is a lot of different equipment so it's easy to get a good and variable workout in. All of the staff that I have interacted with has been very nice and very friendly. My only main complaints would be that the free weights are never put back in the spot where they go and that it gets very busy at peak hours but like I said, definitely seems to be the best bang for your buck!

Great and helpful staff. Positive atmosphere. Bad first impressions on club tour as men's steam room and outdoor spa are both "out of order ". Front desk said "weeks" before repairs will be done. The pool always seems to have debris, even first thing in the morning. Rest of facility is top notch.

I love this gym. The staff is amazing. When I bring my daughter to kids club the receptionist always remembers her and it makes my daughter excited to go to the gym. Which helps motivate me to return. It is always clean. Thank you for the amazing gym!

Best Gym by far

This club is really great specially the morning staff that opens the club. I go there 4 am before I go to work, few things I noticed that and really inconvenient is when they open that's when they start cleaning the locker room and showers. There are times that I have to wait after I workout to take a shower because they are cleaning it. I don't think it the guys fault that the closing shift left the place dirty. For instance, I walked in the men's locker and the dirty towel bin is overflowing with dirty towels and there are tissue paper all over the floor. I think they should clean the gym before they lock up so when A.M. shift won't have to it, by the way there are only two of them. So management take charge and do something about this.

Great customer service. Some audios connecting T.V don't work well. One TV channel does not match with audio. Overall very nice place to work out
