Cool gym, but please clean the pool and put up signs for people to shower before going in because it feels like swimming in sweat.

I found In Shape Demaree to be well-managed. The gym was clean and uncluttered. The trainer mentioned the complementary recommendations with a new machine to analysis personal health.

I love going to in shape. Everyone is so friendly and not “judgie”. I usually play racquetball by myself and I have so much fun along with getting an amazing workout! Highly recommend.

My son and I had a membership to both gyms. But then we git down to 1 because he only uses a bike at Mooney and we like raquetball at the other but they still would charge us $15 just to play r ball. We might have swam in pool twice in 2 years.. Just seems that the rate for r ball could be lower sinve we went 3 times a week.

Extremely horrible customer service from STEPHANIE. Don't even try calling their location because she will put you on hold multiple times and then hang up on you on purpose. I tried calling back to confirm some things about my membership and she refused to answer my calls. It went straight to voicemail everytime. This makes me want to cancel my membership.Their manager needs to train their staff on customer service etiquette.The location on a Mooney was alot more knowledgeable and willing to help me with my concerns over the phone.

We joined the In-Shape gym because my husband and I are in our early 50’s and we want to loose weight but also to achieve strength and fitness. We took advantage and choice to have a personal trainer and Ariel was Awesome ! He has so much knowledge and helped us to learn so much about fitness. We are eager with excitement the goal to have fitness achievements .

I was on a mission to find a gym for our employees to set up a corporate membership. When I arrived at the front desk I could not even hold a conversation with the representative because of all the screaming coming from racquetball courts. I was impressed with the entire facility until I came to the fore mentioned courts. Half of the courts had members playing handball. The yelling coming from the courts appeared to be more like a prison yard and not a respectable gym. As i walked around the gym on my own I asked a few members who were working on the weights and machines if the yelling was frequent. Every member said it was. One member said even when she has her ear buds at full volume she can still hear the yelling. All members said the yelling was very disruptive to there workouts. I will continue my search and report my findings to the decision makers but In Shape Demaree is not on the top of the list. It is rather unfortunate because this gym is close to the industrial park where our plant is located.

I don't understand why they need to charge $5 for towels. Are they planning to provide with better quality towels? Some of the towels smell bad. I understand that they need to keep low the cost of the soap but many times I just rather to bring my own towel. They equipment is great and clean I just think that $5 extra per month for towels it's a little too much. I love the place I just don't agree with the extra cost for using towels.
