This is probably a hidden jewel in the Central Valley. The place is really nice just like 24 sports gym.

Love this place, freindly staff and alot of equipment to use. The only place I know of around here with Racquetball courts.

it is actually a great place to go to except for the people that do not treat it respectfully the men's bathroom is usually nasty and you can find gum in places that you would not expect it to be like the drinking fountain and bathroom sink on the urinals the staff at inshape are not our maids or Butlers i Pay to exercise in a clean environment and that's what the staff provides a clean environment so please to those of you that do not know how to respect please learn some manners. And please be respectful of other people's kids if your kid is sick don't go. it's not school it's not mandatory unless you got health issues and your doctor told you otherwise.
