My son was just kicked out of this program because during spare class he hit above the shoulders a few times and NEVER was I talked to by anyone. Only heard from my child’s point of view. NEVER received a call or text from the Master Farley that this is something that needs my involvement. Instead he waits almost a week to call me and to cancel classes. No other options just kicks my son out of his program. Poor communication and not professional. When you’re spending that kind of money you expect communication and a community that wants this to be the very last option. Unfortunately, this is very common around here. The “best” decision is always just to get rid of the problem. Well… other program has failed my son. My son is heartbroken because he was so passionate about being a member.

My two sons go here and they both love it! The instructions are kind and knowledgeable, the front office staff is helpful and organized and the classes are great for my kids! It has been so nice to have an organized activity throughout the pandemic. Socially distanced in person classes and zoom classes! There is a schedule for everyone. We love Farley’s!
