My sister in law signed my son up who has sever ADHD, ODD, and OCD. He has changed in so many ways because of this program. He has grown and is excelling in school thanks to the discipline the instructors have taught him.I myself signed up for the kickboxing classes, in July, and it has changed me for the better. It has helped myself grow into a new person. I highly recommend this school for anyone looking for a new thing to conquer and achieve great things.

I have been to multiple gyms over the years trying to get in shape and nothing ever kept my interest for longer than a month. However once I found Farley’s kickboxing classes I was hooked from day one!!! It’s always something different, I even make it 4 days a week which is not like me at all. Mr. Farley and his staff are so caring, kind and patient with you. They genuinely care for your wellbeing and success. The support they give in what ever journey you on is one of a kind. This business is truly one of a kind and I will continue going 4 days a week to hit and kick my way back into shape. Their kickboxing is PHENOMENAL!!!
