Have been a member since Nov 2019, today I'm ending this relationship. I ran into a not so pleasant lady who claimed to be staff and was very rude. I would not recommend this gym to anyone the customer service let alone the services for the price you pay is not there.

it always seems to be a issue with my key card every time I go to the gym which should have been resolved by now seeing as how this is our 2 replacement! Not only that but somehow I'm looked at like I'm a alien every time I walk in and I'm asked to re-scan my card and I'm hounded about if I'm a member or a guest!! I do not think the girls behind the counter treat the other customers like this so I'm a bit concerned.

Initially was pleased with Jonathan. Seemed to operate with honesty and integrity. Turns out not a man of his word. Just watch your bank account for sneaky charges.

Do you like being treated unfairly? Do you like having debt collectors put on you after the gym told you your membership was cancelled? Do you like feeling worthless, if you answered yes to any of those questions then this is the gym for you. Otherwise, stay far away from this place and take your money to a non chain gym with a respectable owner.

The key to the after hours never works. Don’t try and call because all you will get is I’m sorry I have no control over the system. They will not give you the owners information. They will politely tell you I’m sorry we don’t talk to the owner on a regular basis. Do not sign up here not worth it!!!!!!

Equipment is older, but there is a variety. I haven't had any problems here.
