Great gym for beginners! Clean equipment, clean facility!!

They will tell you what ever it takes to sign the contract. All I can say is read it carefully they lie and are very rude. They stand smugly behind the contract pointing out that you signed it. Well yes I signed it no I didn't read it and maybe that part is on me. Being in sales and customer service myself I guess I neglected that some people lie to make there money then laugh at you for being honest enough to take them at there word. Never in my life have I been treated like the smug little blond behind that desk treated me. Worst customer service in the world.

Cheap 24/7 access and you get what you pay for. Reasonably good equipment. Staffed hours consist of someone that sits behind the desk and can’t be bothered to greet you, smile, or rarely look up from their personal conversation to acknowledge your presence. The weight rack where all the dumbbells are likely hasn’t ever been wiped down and the gym isn’t cleaned regularly. Occasionally they clean the bathrooms. Also I see from other reviews I’m not the only one they lied to when they said you could cancel anytime, as when you call to cancel that’s when you find out you agreed to a 1 year contract. Personal trainers sit in the corner and also don’t acknowledge anyone, smile, greet, or do much but avoid eye contact.

They are total fraud. When we sign up they told us that we can cancel anytime during our period. We asked the representative 3 times and they told us that this will be no problem. Now when we want to cancel they say that there is now way and we have active contract till next year August. Don't believe what they are saying to you unless they give you a paper. They have good reviews on Google but anywhere else they have 1-STAR. Also, they have ("F") with BBB so that is something to consider before signing with them.

I don’t mind this gym specifically but if you sign up for a year then there is only 2 ways to get out of it and the rush fitness industry itself is very unorganized and I had problems with them for 3 months I’ve been going

Nice intimate facility. Great and safe place to workout and membership is reasonable. Ladies have access to sauna which is a definite perk!

I just got my membership a little over a month ago, and this the 2nd time that I have gotten up at 430am to go to the gym and my card doesn't work. 2 other men came as well and their card didn't work either. No really impressed, there was not contact to reach someone for that type if situation.

I have 15 years of Commercial Fitness Management experience. I absolutely love this facility. It's a very inviting atmosphere. I love the functional training area. I see this franchise growing. I will be a member for a very long time.

Best gym in the area! I Was a member at another gym in town (won’t mention any names) and wasn’t happy with the costumer service. This gym offers everything you can imagine: Childcare, group fitness classes and they even have class’s for kids! And Not to mention they offer a FREE personal training assessment at time of sign up. They are very professional and make me feel right at home from the moment I walk in the door. If I could give a 10 star rating I definitely would. Love this place!
