Always clean! Friendly staff! We cannot recommend Brain as a trainer more! He is phenomenal!!They took away the KidZone which is really disappointing! Kids can begin their gym experience and education at 11 years old. I wish they'd bring back the KidZone in the meantime!

East Providence non of the cardio equipment is working right. The place is old and outdated . The only plus is the steam room and hot tub sauna. They need to update and make it a little more modern for the prices.

After being a member for over 4 years, I have decided to find another gym. Overall, the facilities at Warwick and East Providence are wonderful, however, two specific employees are far from wonderful. The manager and one of the front desk employees I spoke to are both rude and insulting. If you prefer to shower indoors rather than use the outside shower, beware! The pool shower police will assume you have not showered and admonish you. In reality I have seen people spend all of one minute in the outside shower. I don't think that really counts as a shower with soap. Regardless, I am done with Healthtrax. And, I was one of the members that continued to pay even when the Warwick pool closed temporarily when COVID was rampant. So, unless you want a reprimand almost accusing you of not showering better take it outside so the shower police don't come down on you. I should have worn a sign on my back stating..."I SHOWERED INSIDE,"

Enjoyed my membership for many years and I miss my early morning swims. But I left when it was clear that pre covid hours weren't returning. 8am on weekends is too late of an opening time for me. And for the cost I feel they should stay open longer (especially on Sundays.... 8 to 1). If old hours return... so will I. Good gym if the operating times work for you.
