Enjoyed my membership for many years and I miss my early morning swims. But I left when it was clear that pre covid hours weren't returning. 8am on weekends is too late of an opening time for me. And for the cost I feel they should stay open longer (especially on Sundays.... 8 to 1). If old hours return... so will I. Good gym if the operating times work for you.

I came to E Prov for 8 years and loved it.Then Covid ; Really loved the scheduled lap lane swimming.Went one time to Warwick pool where absolutely NO ONE showers before pool… The other members seem to think it was quite funny that I thought people should shower.I quit the gym because they’re not going back to 10 pm closing.

Heathtrax, EP is following all COVID protocols while still providing full trainer sessions. Trainers are excellent and push you to places you know you can go but need the encouragement.

I was a member of healthtrax in Warwick for ten years, often using this facility in East Providence. However the Warwick facility rented out the pool to an outside school from 4-6p three times per week, granting them the entire pool, when only two lanes are needed and members pay for it.I was told that if I didn't like it I should leave. I did.Watch out, you may be next.

Be careful with this business . I signed up at my local Healthtrax for a pay ahead full year membership, only for them to quickly shut down and refuse to refund the money. This happen to myself as well as many senior citizen who paid ahead for classes and personal trainer fees. My advice is to think before committing to anything long term with them. Don’t let what happened to me happen to you

My first impression of Healthtrax was not very good! One of the sales reps from the East Greenwich location dropped off promotional items and a week long pass. Since I live in East Providence I wanted to try their location close to home. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! Betty who was the front desk ignored me when I walked in and was talking to another employee. When I showed her my pass she made a face, walked away and brought Michael. I didn’t feel welcome or comfortable at all. I will not be returning. The whole vibe seemed very unprofessional. They acted like I brought in a fake pass or something.
