The personal training services are a scam. I signed up for a three month contract with Mike for two 30 minute sessions a week. These were supposed to be accompanied by in-body scans every two weeks to track progress and a dietary plan. I never received any in-body scan besides the initial one after being at the gym for over a month. It was nearly impossible to schedule any upcoming sessions because of how little my personal trainer would respond to me. I missed multiple training sessions that I paid $451 a month for due to this lack of responsiveness. After I was charged for the second month, I attempted to get in contact with management asking for a refund. I wrote multiple emails, made multiple calls and went in person 4 separate times, but no one from management has gotten back to me in over a month. I try calling the corporate office and it goes straight to voicemail every time, but their voicemail box is full. To this date I have paid $902 to this gym and have barely gotten one month of training. Do not give your money to this place.

I’m not one to leave reviews…but I’ve moved and wanted to let them know what a tight ship they run. The gym is always spotless, weights are always put where they belong and the staff was friendly from the day I signed up until the time I called to cancel. I don’t know if any area gym handled the Covid ‘period’ any more professionally. Extra shout out for very quickly shutting down meatheads who feel more masculine when they slam weights after their deadlifts. Thank you.

Needed a few day passes as I was visiting from out of town and Mike at the front desk was extremely friendly and professional. The facility has a TON of equipment and was extremely clean. Sauna in the locker room was a great bonus! If I lived in the area I would certainly join!
