There’s always a positive and uplifting attitude. A complete judgement free zone that I feel comfortable just being me. My trainer Dwayne pushes me to be the best version of myself and keeps me motivated. If you are looking to get started on your fitness journey but don’t know where to start like I did, I 100% recommend Dwayne he will guide you every step of the way. This is not your average gym they go above and beyond to get you results you just have to trust the process and be willing to put in the work.

One night I stopped in because I had to urgently charge my phone that had died after being on the highway for hours. The owner was nice enough to not only charge my phone, but also (while I was waiting) give me fitness tips for my specific body type and life circumstances. He clearly runs a knowledge based gym that also has a great family oriented vibe as well. If you're looking for a gym with great camarderie, atmoshpere, and tailor made training to your health goals, Grind Health is the place to go.

These types of classes are great for all fitness levels and will get you in the best shape of your life. I highly recommend you go see Dwayne.
