Staff is 100% inconsistent in the rules/ regulations. The gym is dirty 90% of the time. And the front desk person on sundays natalia? She works on sundays She’s horrible, she literally harasses clients and makes them leave. Go to Naugatuck way better!

I wore foam runners to the gym all week long, nobody said anything to me, a worker even complimented them on Sunday a woman named NATALIA comes up to me as I’m about to start my workout and tells me to leave because of my shoes saying they are a safety hazard. Look on planet fitness website and it clearly states no Sandles or opened toes shoes and all other shoes are fine. Either tell your worker to stop being a hater, or update your website. She’s the ONLY STAFF MEMEBER that says anything to me. It’s hard enough to find motivation to go to the gym, so to get there and be turned away is disgusting. WATERBURY LOCATION SUCKS!

Ok so the gym itself is clean.. However they don’t let the air continuously run, it’s hot outside & when working out it feels like I am going to pass out, several other people said the same thing & the employees keeps saying that the HVAC system is old, well that’s not my fault they charge us to use this facility & it being 80 degrees inside the building is not acceptable! Are they waiting for someone to pass out? Who’s knows if it has happened when I was not present. Get it fixed or many of us are going to leave and join Esporta!

Friendly staff, been coming here for a little over three months and have never encountered a bad moment. Staff is always ready to assist you and constantly cleaning. It gets packed during rush hour which makes sense, and they still manage to keep it clean. Unfortunately some of the younger people come in and can stink up the place like pot, and instead of working out they’re just hanging around like it’s a park. But what can the staff do, they’re not hurting anyone 😂 just a pet peeve of mine. I just put my head phone on and keep it moving.

I couldn't login to the app. When I called my home club branch, Eduardo helped me for 15 minutes with great patience and love and we solved the problem. It was an incredibly beautiful experience. Thank you Eduardo! You made my day Man!
