The place is never staffed. I’ve been there three times during “business hours” to sign up and it’s always locked. Either change your hours of operation or staff the place.

best gym in waterbury hands down. owner and customers very knowledgeable and encouraging. best of old school and modern amenities with various equipment for strongman...mixed martial artists...boxing ect. This place is great. Has everything you could possibly want in a gym. The old school/new school setup allows you to really maximize your potential. Ownership is very nice and helpful. I'll be back for sure
