Awful management. Called back in December to cancel my membership and was told it was being taken care of. It was never canceled and I was charged for 4 months. I recently called back regarding the charges confused as I canceled back in December. Was emailed by Nicole saying I would have to come in and cancel and pay for ANOTHER month as their staff didnt take any notes of when i called. One that is not my problem . She Did not honor or acknowledge what I was told back in December. I understand giving days notice of cancelation but this should've been considered 120 day notice i should not have to pay for anoter month. Nothing is worse to me than a company who doesn't care about the customers paying their bills.

This gym is perfect but.... I'M SHARING A SAUNA WITH OTHER MEN. WHO'S HORRIBLE IDEA WAS THIS? I love the sauna after a good workout. It's relaxing. But sharing it with men. Highly highly disappointed.

Currently on trial membership to try personal training, small group & large group training. Nick, Xavier, and Ashley have been helpful and kind. A little pricey, but I feel the offering is of better quality than other local gyms.

I love this gym! Since Powerhouse Gym took over, there have been tons of updates to the equipment and the place itself. The management truly listens to the members' requests. Trainers go above and beyond to offer a great training experience. Keep up the great work!

Great gym and staff. I love the indoor track. Also its a nice change to be open 24 hours compared to other gyms in the area. Been a member for years and I'm happy here.

Powerhouse is such a great gym and has recently taken over here in Middlebury. It already has had such great improvements in the past few weeks. I can’t wait to see what else they bring in. I love it here!
