Great family oriented training facility for almost all ages. Has CrossFit for adults and specific sport training for the kids to help improve their current sport activity with specialized training and weight lifting especially speed drills.highly recommended!!!!!!

Gabe has a great thing going here - this is an entry-level CrossFit that is welcoming from the moment you step foot inside. Great workouts and a great community. As a coach here, I may be biased, but I have visited many CrossFit's and coached elsewhere, Union City is a great Box!
