Cheap monthly fee, nice staff and never too crowded. Good amount of weights and a lot of cardio equipment.

Equipment is very worn. Pads are cracked or missing in machine Staff seems just to be hanging out at the front talking. Cheap cost for membership.

I've heard about this location & wanted to see for myself. Clean, quiet, plenty cardio machines; this was a Saturday. I like this gym better than the Waukegan one.

Had a membership canceled on March 11, 2019, waited to hear from the manager, but she never called me back. When I did talk to her, she told me that refunds are done at the end of the month. And it take 30 days for it to be mailed to me. I paid in full, called her again and was told that she will email the owner and all me back, that was last week still have not heard from her......

This gym is ok at best. Equipment is often broken or worn badly and barely useable. I would find another gym because poor maintenance is only one issue. Cleanliness is not their either. Some of their employees are rude and really shouldn't be in a customer service role. Veronica is probably the worst of the entire staff. Find another gym, they're are many better options.

I had been a member for almost two years but decided to cancel my membership. After going in and canceling in October I am still being charged I have placed several calls to speak with a manager and am always told she is not in until next week every time I call. The manager has never addressed my issue. It is absolutely ridiculous that they can not correct this issue. I would not recommend anyone to join this particular facility as they are not able to provide simple Customer service. They should not be cheating non members out of money by still collecting membership fees once they"ve cancelled. This is bad business all around.

The worst part about it is the Wifi never works /terrible connection speed. Machine grips, pads, seats are worn cracked and could be changed more often. Staff is friendly, and takes care of the place as much as corporate will let them. Members are respectful of your space and usually clean up after themselves.

I have to disagree with some of the reviews others have wrote, but everyone has a right to their own opinion. I have been going to Zip Fitness since July 2018, every time I have used the rest room its clean,and I have OCD and like things neat. Yes sometimes the equipment is not in use but think about it all these people using it, its going to have issues from long term use. The staff has always been friendly have never really had a issue.. I am very pleased with this facility. For the price its a great place..
