I and my family go 5 days a week to this gym and frankly speaking I this is one of best. Quite, inviting and on top it is so motivating.

Very clean and quiet(no loud music or dropping of heavy weights).... Staff is friendly and very helpful. I love this location!

Good luck trying to find a treadmill with an incline.Most are broken.The ones that work make a grinding noise when you use them.Maintenance on machines here not high on the priority list.

Nice gym and staff. But it’s way too hot in the summer. They leave the AC on 73. And it always takes a while for any of the equipment to be repaired.

Good gym if you're looking to do cardio. They have a variety of cardio machines, but their free weights leave a lot to be desired. They have only one power rack so it's difficult if you want to do squats.

I’m hoping this is going to help resolve some issues. I just rejoined Zip in Round Lake as a gold member for the fitness on request. I loved the fact that Zip has this option as it is a great cardio exercise that is enjoyable, and also recommended by your fitness trainers. However this has been down for over 1 month now. I was first told that the part was ordered by staff members then I was informed by management that the part was not ordered. Gym memberships are so competitive I could have joined snap fitness, 24/7 fitness, planet fitness. I chose Zip mainly for the fitness on request. I have also noticed/experienced ellipticals are broke as well as treadmills. I’m unsure of why this is even an issue. when you run a business you should make sure ALL equipmnet is in proper working order ( not to mention in a timely manner ) I pay for a gold membership strictly for the fitness on request. I am an honest person and know from my prior membership that this feature is for gold members only. I would like to know when these issues are going to be resolved/ addressed? I am fully prepared for my husband, myself, and the rest of my family to take our membership else where. I used to recommend friends/co- workers to zip and now I am embarassed I did so
