24 Hour Fitness

It's a cool place. But the manager needs to replace the missing dumbbells. I'm pretty sure people stole them. All the 10 through 22 pounds dumbbells are missing and been missing for months. Disappointed because the manager hasn't done anything about it

Staff is nice. Gets pretty busy where you cant use any gear during peak hours. Equipment needs TLC, many items broken, very old or worn down. Very low maintenance/upkeep. A lot of dust and nasty equipment. Sauna smells bad and very dirty. Could be cleaner, a lot cleaner

I am very surprised this facility was not kept clean. When you talk to staff they laughI talked to the manager Omar and was given information about the condition of the pool. He said the tiles around the top of the pool were cleaned every week. That is not true.I have only been going there 3 weeks and it has never been clean. The railing coming out of the pool where it touches the water is crusted with black filth. I need to use that to get out of pool. Also bloody bandaids in pool and around pool. People spitting phlegm, in the pool all the time. Filter not working right so lots of black sediment at the bottom of the poolVery sad to see a facility you are making tons of money on kept in such a filthy disgusting condition. Not one person ever came to check pool the 8 hours total I have been there at different times.There is no reason what so ever. I realize the facility is heavily used for that reason alone you should have maintenance to keep that place in clean.

This is a painful review to actually write. However, I must be honest. The condition of this gym is deplorable and has declined steadily after a change in leadership. In the past 10 days I’ve visited this facility several times, every single of those times the gym has been filthy. But it’s a gym so what ever. The more frustrating thing is, and I can’t stress this enough, you cannot find weights to use. I used to be a general manager for 24 Hour Fitness. This team, leadership included, absolutely do not care about its members and it shows up in the condition of the facility.l spent the first 30 minutes of my work out looking for a single 22.5 dumbbell and a kettle bell on a Saturday evening not at peak times. DO NOT ENROLL HERE. I’d cancel if I could.

Good spot, clean. Nice staff and not as busy as I had expected. Maybe it was the time I visited, but not as packed.

I don’t know where those good reviews come from but… REFILL YOUR SOAP!!! The lady’s shower has been out of soap for over a month and I have been telling the front desk over and over again, still nothing. The time I go usually is at night which the manager is gone. And each time the worker would tell me “We are short on staff, but I’ll pass the message to the manager”. Yea sure… I gave up, it’s just a gym for me to exercise. So whatever, I’ll bring my own soap.

Great gym and is always clean..👍 …
