Not very cleanliness. Nobody was at the front desk.. trash all over ..women's locker room was nasty..

Descent parking, descent equipments. Clean and simple

False advertising! Change the name of the gym! Says 24 hour but closes very early! Not worth it!

Yeah wish I could give ZERO stars why name yourself 24 hour fitness if you close at 9pm what a waste of my time and gas. Didn't think to Google hours because you guys are name 24 HOUR FITNESS

Most disgusting and dingiest 24 i’ve been to. The sauna smells like onion all the time the floors look grimey , the equipment looks like its barely wiped with a layer of crust on some of the handles just very ghetto gym

Called today 08/14/2023 starting 7:48pm, 7:49pm and 7:51pm. First time got hung up on before they said hi. Second time they picked up call and listened, third time hung up!THAT INDIVIDUAL IS A STRAIGHT DIRT BAG!! Wonder why businesses close because of this behavior that is not dealt with in a serious manner!To much pampering and disrespect for both Customers old and new.Sending a message to Corporate they will find that Piece of trash no good for nothing Lazy inadequate individual!No stars!!

I’ve been coming to this gym for about 15 years. I used to love the flexibility of it being opened 24 hours. I know it can’t probably go back to that but I would at least like it to go back to at least being opened to 12 pm. I work late and get out late so I barely have enough time to go to the gym only go two times a week because of my work. If it was opened to at least too 12 pm Monday to Friday I may be able to push myself to come at least 4 times a week.

Filthy restroom and no body cares!This gym is located off the West Covina Parkway and close to 10 Freeway. The parking is not very easy to find, unless you drive up to the 3rd floor in the parking structure.This gym is a sports club, so it has the Sauna and Steam room, which are usually crowded. However, most of the gym equipments, are really old and out of the date. Plus, the bathroom is dirty with many broken toilets and doors from time to time, same as the shower facilities. I had to ask the front desk staff to look at the Filthy women's restroom: many urine and stools in the broken toilet bowls, no tissue and paper covers...but she just lied to me and didn't do anything!I really hope that this gym will have an updates of the equipments soon, and pay more attention to the bathroom and showers, not to ignore about the customer complaints!

Today July 27 2023I tried buying a water 3.99 had a 20.00They didn't have chance couldn't get a waterThe employee went away to ask a manager(victor) for change the manager comes and say we don't have change like it was my problem..... like what you want me to doI told him I gave him a 20 n I got the 20 back n stated I have 3.00 manager well its 3.99I don't have that I have 3.00 or a 20 told manager guess I won't be getting water....The manager could have said we have this water it's in the 3.00 range but nope and the coolers don't have price tags so I could look for my self.

Women’s locker room 95% of the time is dirty. Personal cleaning supply usually is limited (toilet paper). Cardio machines are limited due to them being out of service most of the time.
